Q: How many people can travel?
There are 3 belted seats in the cabin.
Q: How big is the bed?
There is European double bed in size 140×200 cm with plenty space to stretch your feet.
Q: Can you deliver the van to me?
We will happily meet you at our pick up points: Leopoldov or Hlohovec, which are accessible by train from Bratislava and this pick up point is Free of Charge.
We can also meet you at Bratislava Airport (BTS) or Vienna Airport (VIE), for which you will be charged when making booking by one-time fee.
Q: Can a child travel with me?
Yes, we also offer child seat for extra charge, which can be purchased during booking.
Q: Do you have beds suitable for babies/children?
Unfortunately, not. We believe the size of European double bed will fit 2 adults and 1 child, if you want to.
Q: Do you have a electric hook up?
No, you do not need to be hooked to electrics. Solar panel on the roof of the van will do the work for you. There is also one 240V socket so you can easily charge your camera or laptop batteries. UK adapter is supplied, if needed.
Q: Do I need to bring bedding?
No. All our versions come fully equipped and free of charge.
Q: Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed to stay in Campervan.
Q: Can I take Campervan to festival?
We are sorry, but this is not allowed due to our bad experiences.
Q: Is there a toilet and shower?
Yes, there is 12V electric cold shower and porta potti toilet is included in all bookings.
Q: Is there a mileage limit?
No one wants to be limited, therefore you can travel as much as you want to.
Q: In which countries can I use Campervan?
Campervan can be driven only within European Union countries due to the insurance policy.
Please note, you need to pay for motorways outside Slovakia. Tolls for Slovakian motorways are already paid.
Q: Is there a fuel charge?
No. You pick up the Campervan with a full tank and bring it back the same way, with full tank. If you fail to bring it back with full tank, then we have to charge you.
Q: Do I need to clean the Campervan?
We appreciate at least basic cleaning with cleaning products supplied by us. The van will be cleaned for you and we would like to have it returned in nearest condition.
Q: What should I pack?
Van is equipped with all kitchenware, heating, bedding. Some of the versions come with food. We will contact you to ask you for any allergies you may suffer from.
Q: How do I know that my booking has been processed?
After you pay for your booking, the confirmation email will be sent you your email address provided at booking. If you have not received confirmation email in your inbox, please check you spam emails.

Q: What documents do I need to bring with me when I collect Campervan?
The booking needs to be done on our website www.bevanslovakia.com and all you need is a credit or debit card to proceed the payment online. When you pick the campervan up, you’ll need:
- A copy of your Booking Confirmation email, to show that you’ve paid for the campervan.
- The main driver’s credit/debit card, with enough available funds for the deposit.
- If you require additional driver, we need their full and valid driving licence to be available for checking.
- Your passport or ID to make a photocopy of it.
Q: Is there any Security deposit for campervan?
Yes, there is Security deposit of 1000 EUR which needs to be paid in cash or by main driver’s Credit / Debit card on the day of Pick up.
Q: How old do I have to be to rent a Campervan?
You must be over 18 years old with driving licence in hold for minimum 24 months.
Q: What is included in the price?
The final rental price is calculated based on your choice of Campervan with specific decoration and equipment, depending on their availability. The price for the booking is also calculated for the length of you booking dates.
As described in T&C, there will be deposit taken from main driver’s credit/debit card or in cash on the start day of you booking. For more information check our Terms and Conditions available.
Q: What if I crash or damage something?
The driver will be liable for the insurance excess in the event of any damage to the vehicle. Anything beyond that is covered by the insurance where a claim can be made. The driver is responsible for getting the contact details of any third parties involved.
Obviously, we hope you will take care of our Campervan. Minor damage is likely to be overlooked but please do let us know! We reserve the right to charge you for damage to the interior or exterior, fixtures and fittings.
In the event that no driver was operating the vehicle when the damage occurred the main driver will be named as responsible for the vehicle at that time.
Q: Can I book a Campervan for someone else?
Yes, as long as they meet specified requirements. Just fill in their details while you’re making the reservation online.
